Amanda
Busby graduated magna cum laude from Lambuth University
in Jackson, Tennessee in 1993 with a B.B.A. in Marketing.
Mrs. Busby received her law degree and Masters in Business
Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville
in 1998. She was a member of the Tennessee Law Review,
serving as research editor in 1997, and a member of
the Moot Court Board. She was the recipient of the 1996-1997
Tennessee Law Review Editing Award and was a member
of the first place team in the 1997 Advocate's Prize
Moot Court Competition. Her practice involves commercial
transactions and litigation, health care law, estate
planning and administration, and general corporate matters.
She is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American
Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association.
