John Winters maintains a diverse trial practice that focuses upon employment and commercial litigation. He was most recently a member of the firm's litigation team that successfully defended three government contractors in an action brought by eighteen plaintiffs. He also helped a client obtain a $920,000 verdict, which was later upheld on appeal, in an action involving multiple business torts. John received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Tennessee in 1990 and received his law degree from the University of Memphis in 1993. He joined the firm in 1993. He is currently a member of the Tennessee Bar Association's Litigation Section's Executive Committee and the Hamilton Burnette Inns of Court. He is also a graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association's 2007 Leadership Law Class.
