Jay Kramer received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 1980 and his Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Methodist School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 1983. His practice is concentrated in the areas of general corporate and business matters, non-profit enterprises, real property matters, including ad valorem taxation questions, sales and use tax matters, and estate planning, probate and estate administration. Mr. Kramer has been a speaker at small business and estate administration seminars. Mr. Kramer is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations.
