Tom Johnson received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1971 (with honors). He received his law degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 1973. He has extensive trial experience in the defense of personal injury litigation and insurance coverage litigation. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Johnson is an experienced mediator and arbitrator. He holds memberships in the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is a Master of the Bench in the Hamilton Burnett American Inns of Court and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is currently a member of the Town of Farragut Board of Zoning Appeals. He is an Elder of the Farragut Church of Christ.
