Kate
Tucker graduated with honors from the University of
Tennessee in 1997. She earned her J.D. from William
and Mary College of Law in 2001. While in law school,
Ms. Tucker was a member of the William and Mary Journal
of Women in the Law. She is a Barrister Member of the
Hamilton Burnett Chapter, American Inns of Court. She
is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is a member
of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
