Warren L. Gooch has been named managing partner of Kramer Rayson LLP. Mr. Gooch joined the law firm in 1977 upon his graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He established the firm’s health law practice in 1987, and he represents health care providers in corporate compliance, certificate of need, licensing, contract and public policy matters. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and he is a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation. He is also active in several civic and charitable organizations.
Kramer Rayson LLP was founded in 1948, and it has thirty-two attorneys with offices in Knoxville and Oak Ridge. In 2006, the firm was ranked number 3 on the “Best Employers in Tennessee” list published by Business Tennessee. The firm was one of the original tenants in First Tennessee Plaza, where its Knoxville offices have been located since 1979, and it has renewed its commitment to downtown Knoxville with a long term lease extension and renovations to its offices located on the 25th and 26th floors of the building.
