Will Carver is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and hard-working litigation attorney who values the relationships he builds with his clients and their businesses. He has successfully handled cases in both state and federal courts involving the publishing industry, music industry, construction trades, banking industry, government contractors, insurance coverage disputes and retail businesses. Representative Cases VanBebber v. Roach, 252 S.W.3d 279 (Tenn. Ct. App. 2008) Mr. Carver and Attorney Tom Johnson obtained a favorable result for their client in an insurance coverage dispute case. The lawsuit was pending for two years and, ultimately, a trial was held before a local jury. A verdict was rendered in favor of his client.
