Will Carver represents individual and corporate clients in various litigation matters including construction law, breach of contract, employment law, debt collection, products liability and personal injury matters. Mr. Carver helped develop the firm's Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy practice areas. He also serves as city attorney for the city of Townsend, Tennessee.
Mr. Carver received his B.A., magna cum laude, in sports management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he served as president of the student body and received the “Torchbearer Award” for student excellence. Will completed his juris doctorate degree at the University of Tennessee in 2003, and received a UT Law School Dean's Citation for contributions to student life. Mr. Carver is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Knoxville Bar Associations as well as the Defense Research Institute. He is an active member of the community and serves on the UT College of Law Board of Alumni Advisors, UT Young Alumni Council, Blount County Young Life Committee, Blount County Library Foundation board of directors and is an alumnus of the Leadership Blount Class of 2009. Will lives in Blount County with his wife and children. |
