Bob
Knolton received his undergraduate degree from Lambuth
College in Jackson, Tennessee and his law degree from
The University of Tennessee College of Law in 1966.
While in law school, he was elected Secretary, and later,
President of the Student Bar Association and served
on the Board of Editors of The Tennessee Law Review.
He was named as the Outstanding Law Graduate of 1966
and was elected for membership in The Order of the Coif
legal honorary society and Phi Kappa Phi honorary academic
society. Mr. Knolton has extensive trial experience
in cases involving automobile accidents, hospital medical
malpractice, workers' compensation, general liability,
and insurance defense. He holds memberships in the Defense
Research Institute, National Association of Defense
Lawyers, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and
the Academy of Hospital Attorneys of the Tennessee Hospital
Association. He has served as a hearing panel member
of the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility
and as a delegate of the House of Delegates of the Tennessee
Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar
Foundation and has been included in the publication
of "Best Lawyers in America" from 1995-2005. |
