Susan Schultz Davis concentrates her practice exclusively in the area of Business Immigration Law. Prior to work at Kramer Rayson, she practiced with the former Principal Legal Advisor to and Interim Director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly the INS ).Ms. Davis is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Tennessee College of Law. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, serving as two-term Secretary for the five-state Mid-South Chapter. She also chaired the Immigration Committee for the General Practice & Solo Division of the American Bar Association for two terms, and co-chaired the Young Lawyers Division of the Nashville Bar Association. Since beginning her Business Immigration Law practice in 1996 in Los Angeles, California, Ms. Davis has successfully represented major motion picture studios, multinational conglomerates and Fortune 500 corporations; small, medium and large U.S.-based businesses; investors; major academic institutions and individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly the INS ), the Department of Labor, and the Department of State.
