Tom Hale attended The University of Tennessee where he obtained both his Master's of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees in 1980. Mr. Hale works in a variety of areas of the law, including litigation of all types of civil cases in both the federal and state courts throughout East Tennessee with a particular emphasis on business-related disputes in the contract, corporate, employment and environmental areas. He provides general commercial advice to local business and represents parties in transactions involving sales of business interests and sales and leases of commercial realty. Mr. Hale is Past President of the Knoxville Bar Association and serves as Vice-Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of East Tennessee, Associate General Counsel to the Tennessee Bar Association and Town Attorney for the Town of Farragut.
