Will
Carver received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors
from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000.
As an undergraduate student, he served as President
of the Student Body and received the Torchbearer Award
for contributions to campus life. He completed his Juris
Doctorate at the University of Tennessee in 2003. His
practice focuses on general civil litigation and he
currently serves as City Attorney for the City of Townsend,
Tennessee. Mr. Carver is a member of the American Bar
Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Knoxville
Bar Association. He also serves on the UT College of
Law Board of Alumni Advisors, Nucleus Knoxville, Blount
County Young Life Committee, and Blount County Library
Foundation Board of Directors. Will and his wife, Joy,
live in Blount County.

as a labor and employment specialist is not currently
available in Tennessee.
