Wayne
Kramer received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude,
from Maryville College, Maryville, Tennessee, in 1974
and his law degree from Seattle University in 1978.
He has practiced law with the firm since 1978. He concentrates
his practice in areas in which he has extensive experience:
taxation (with emphasis on ad valorem and sales and
use tax matters), including representation before various
administrative bodies including the Tennessee Department
of Revenue and Tennessee State Board of Equalization;
real property and general corporate and related tax
matters; commercial and business transactions; estate
planning and administration. Mr. Kramer is listed in
The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Kramer has served as
managing partner of the firm, is a past secretary/treasurer
for the Tax Section of the Knoxville Bar Association
and is a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
