Andrew M. Hale

Andrew is a Knoxville native, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, majoring in Political Science, with a concentration in Public Administration, and minoring in Business Administration.

After undergraduate school, Andrew participated in the Knoxville Fellows program, which aims to form and equip recent college graduates who exemplify service and leadership in becoming city leaders in Knoxville. Through this program, he worked as an extern in the Knox County District Attorney’s Office, and participated in weekly community service projects.

Andrew graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2018. While in law school, he was Vice President of the Student Bar Association, served on the Dean’s Student Advisory Council and 3L Class Gift Committee, and was a College of Law Ambassador and member of the Inns of Court. In addition to two clerkships with the firm, Andrew interned with the Honorable Pamela L. Reeves in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and spent a semester working in the UT Wills Clinic.

He has a broad practice that includes employment law, general business, corporate and commercial law, estate planning, municipal law, insurance defense, and general litigation. He is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. He and his wife, Morgan, make their home in West Knoxville.
