Betsy J. Beck is an experienced litigator and focuses her practice on Employment and Labor law. She takes a proactive approach to employment issues by working closely with her clients in providing daily advice and consultation in complex employment matters. Ms. Beck strives to answer difficult employment related questions as quickly as possible with the understanding that these issues are real-time and time-sensitive. Ms. Beck is frequently engaged to develop policies and present training programs.

She advises and represents employers on a broad range of employment and labor law matters arising under state and federal law. Her clients are from a wide range of industries, including public utilities, professional services firms, quick-serve restaurants, and non-profit organizations.
