COVID-19 Update


Dear Clients and Friends:

Kramer Rayson is monitoring the rapidly developing and ever-changing situation with COVID-19. Our priority during this uncharted time is the health, safety, and well-being of our team and their families, our clients, our colleagues, and our communities as well as the continuity of our business relationships and clients’ needs.

We remain open for business, but we have asked our attorneys and staff to work remotely as practical. Accordingly, we will have reduced staff in the office to manage essential business functions. Considering the risks and disruptions of COVID-19, we are asking our attorneys and staff to limit in-person meetings to those where such a meeting is necessary. If, however, you will be visiting our offices in the near future, we will ask you to familiarize yourself with our office guidelines, which we will make available to you. We will continue to monitor the progress of this virus and the CDC’s recommendations and to update you and incorporate additional measures as we determine are necessary to provide a safe environment.

Kramer Rayson remains fully operational in serving our clients during this unique time. Our attorneys remain fully accessible by phone and email even when working remotely, and our staff is available as well. There will be no effect on your access to the legal services we are able to provide you during this time.

While we may not have the opportunity to see you in person, we continue to be ready to assist with your legal needs, as we have since 1948. We look forward to our continued relationships and to working with you by phone, email, and video conference to provide you with practical and sound legal advice as you navigate these unprecedented issues in your daily life and in your business.
