Meet
Brendan M. Walsh

Brendan was born in Gainesville, Florida, and raised in the Southern Tier of Upstate New York, where he resided until 2020. During his time in New York, he began working at a young age with his family's company, a manufacturing facility in rural Upstate New York. He worked there throughout the summers of middle school and high school, developing a business mindset and learning what it looks like for a team to strive to reach a common goal. Upon graduation from high school, he began a three-year tenure at Wegmans, Inc., a growing, privately owned grocery company in the Northeast. While working in various positions over the years, he ultimately interned at its national headquarters in the accounting department before graduating and furthering his studies in the South.

Before parting ways with New York, Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, in 2017 after three years of study, majoring in accounting with a minor in finance. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Brendan moved to Knoxville, Tennessee, and promptly began studying law at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2023. Throughout law school, Brendan clerked for Knoxville's branch of Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones, PLLC ("Wimberly Lawson"), a respected boutique firm specializing in the defense of employers and management.

He then began working as an associate at Wimberly Lawson, where he defended clients in labor and employment, workers' compensation, general liability, and general business litigation matters. He also presented regularly, providing training and lectures at firm events for clients and non-clients interested in learning more about the law.

Brendan continued his practice for two years before joining Kramer Rayson, LLP, in June 2026, where he is excited to continue growing in his professional career. His practice areas include general business matters, general liability defense, labor and employment defense, workers' compensation, and more.

Currently residing in West Knoxville, Brendan enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, exploring East Tennessee, cooking, and self-studying theology and philosophy.
