Erica D. Green is a native of East Tennessee and a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan University and The University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Green is passionate about providing ethical, efficient, and effective representation for her clients. She maintains a diverse civil litigation practice that focuses primarily on insurance defense with an emphasis on personal injury and tort litigation. Ms. Green also assists employers with a variety of legal needs, including advising them on a broad range of employment matters ranging under state and federal law. She focuses diligently on each case and client and provides legal services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
In addition to her work as a litigator, Ms. Green is a trusted counselor to her clients. She partners closely with individuals, businesses, and insurers to proactively address legal concerns before they develop into disputes. By offering thoughtful guidance and practical advice, she helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory issues with confidence and clarity. Her approach prioritizes communication, strategic planning, and long-term solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, the East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women, the Defense Research Institute, and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. She currently serves on the TDLA Board, and she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2023.
