Fellows must demonstrate outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and welfare of their communities. Established in 1955, the fellows program supports the research work of the American Bar Foundation.
Kramer Rayson LLP was established in 1948 by the late Russell Reed Kramer. The firm has twenty-seven lawyers who engage in the general practice of law. The majority of its work consists of representing businesses in employment, litigation, contractual, transactional and taxmatters; representing individuals in tax, estate and trust matters; representing health care providers in all aspects of health law; and engaging in the defense and prosecution of civil claims.
